You activate this mod in-game by picking up an enchanted flute, which then adds 12 categories to the ‘miscellaneous’ section of your quest journal. The Flute Finder mod is designed to help you keep track of over 100 NPCs in the world and location maps, with each character’s whereabouts denoted by a regular quest marker and their title, or relation to the player. But now this new mod, by javaplaza, lets you track everyone involved in your grand nesting plans through a flute doubling as a GPS tracker. It is also a space for community, finding the ‘right’ follower to quest with, and laying down roots in your locale of choice – all of which depends on walkabout-prone NPCs. I say Inigo is ahead of his time because I firmly believe that Bethesda based their later followers, such as Serana and the followers in Fallout 4, on Inigo.If you’re anything like me, Skyrim is not just a platform for axe-swinging, dragon-felling, and all other forms of destructive Dovahkiin-ing.
It's especially fun if you play a werewolf with him in your party. I've played Inigo as a khajiit, a Nord, and an Argonian, and his comments were amusing each time. His replay value also goes through the roof because he can make different comments on the Dragonborn based on whatever race you're playing. He reads books to you, sings you funny songs, chats with you about silly things, and has an entire backstory that is both tragic and, in his words, moving. Try carrying buckets, various alchemy ingredients, different daedric artifacts-he comments on everything. Inigo also comments on practically everything in your inventory. The 80's references just add to the greatness of this mod.
